Built in 1984, Mt. Ogden Golf Course is a 18 hole public course which sits on eastern hills overlooking Ogden, UT. Operated by the City of Ogden, the course offers one of the more unique and challenging course designs in Northern Utah. The golf course is well known for its elevation changes and its fantastic course conditions. It is a very challenging but playable layout with views that are second to none. It is truly one of the last golf and nature experiences available on the Wasatch Front.

Our golf course was designed by Stanley W. Hadden and opened the first nine holes in 1961; the second nine were completed the following year. Four sets of tees (blue, white, yellow and red) give golfers a wide range of golf options from 7137 yards at the gold tees to 5012 yards from the red. No matter your skill level, you can select a length that suits your mood. If playing 18 holes, you will enjoy four par fives, ten par fours, and four par threes. One of the most challenging holes is the par four number ten. It has a fairway that slopes generously from right to left, shooting the ball to the left rough. The golf center has a fully stocked pro-shop, a breakfast and lunch Café, and the Halfway House Snack Bar.

The Canyon Breeze golf course is a nine-hole, tree-lined course with water hazards and other obstacles that come into play on several holes. The layout presents a few challenges and a good deal of fun for all. The signature hole is # 7, a 485-yard, par 5, with a tee box that’s in the middle of Beaver City’s horseracing track.
